Install
- Get the installer from Download and run it.
- If "Windows protected your PC" appears, choose More info → Run anyway. It appears because the installer is not code-signed.
- Open DANCHUCK from the Start menu.
Verify the file
The value from Get-FileHash in PowerShell should match the one below. It is also in SHA256SUMS.txt.

Data and backup
Your buttons and settings are in %APPDATA%\com.leekam.desktop. Quit DANCHUCK (right-click the tray icon → Quit) and copy that folder to back up; put it back in the same place to restore.
Uninstall
Settings → Apps → Installed apps → DANCHUCK → Uninstall. Leave "Delete the application data" unticked to keep your buttons and settings for a reinstall.
Common problems
- Alt+Space does not open the bar. Another app may own that shortcut. Choose a different key in Settings › Display.
- Brightness does not change. The monitor may not support DDC/CI, or it is turned off in the monitor's menu.
- A button says it needs attention. The file, folder or program it opens was moved or deleted. Press the button at Home and choose the target again.
When reporting a problem, attaching %APPDATA%\com.leekam.desktop\leekam.log helps. It holds only the app's startup and error records.
